Debugging method of diesel pump: (1) Debugging of fuel supply time. Remove all the high-pressure hoses, rotate the inner diameter gauge to make the oil outlet of cylinder 1 begin to discharge oil, point the scale to an integer amount scale as a 0 scale, rotate the inner diameter gauge according to the order of work, and observe each cylinder Is the angle of view between fuel supply 60 degrees (six-cylinder diesel pump), and the error is within 0.5 degrees. (2) Start the debugging of the remaining oil. Start the test bench, set the speed at 200rpm and the oil pump frequency at 200 times, rotate the control arm to the larger oil supply part, and press and hold the counting button. The standard fuel injection volume should be 26ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, the position of each cylinder's fork on the fuel supply support rod can be adjusted individually. (3) Debugging of fuel supply at rated speed. Start the test bench, except that the speed is set to 900rpm, the other operating procedures are the same as (2). The standard fuel injection volume should still be 26ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, it can be adjusted according to the remaining oil adjustment screw of the rated speed. (4) Debugging of oil supply at speed. Start the test bench, set the speed at 250rpm and the oil pump frequency at 200 times, press and hold the count button. The standard fuel injection volume should be 6ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, it can be adjusted according to the adjustment screw of the remaining fuel.
