Therefore, the test bench should be wiped before and after work. The wiping is carried out in two steps. Carry out wet wiping first, that is, wipe with a wiping cloth twisted dry in the diesel engine, and then wipe with a thousand wiping cloth. That way, it can prevent the oil from flowing into (or splashing) into the automobile fuel tank when the test bench is working. The main parameters of the test bench include the working pressure of the oil pump, the speed ratio of the test bench, the frequency of work and its water temperature, etc. When the test bench is working, the main parameter changes should be paid attention to at any time and anywhere, and abnormalities should be shut down for inspection. In addition, if you find that some parts are loose or have abnormal noises, you must shut down for inspection.
